Trustees

The Trust Deed specifies that the Trust must have five trustees – two appointed by Auckland International 
Airport Limited (AIAL), two appointed by Manukau City Council (MCC) and one from the Aircraft Noise 
Community Consultative Group (ANCCG). 

The current Trustees are: John Mc Shane and Martin Fryer (appointed by AIAL); 
Roger Baldwin and Ian McGechie (appointed by MCC); Raewyn Clark appointed 
by the Aircraft Noise Community Consultative Group.
